Tribal Cut Out DIY

Hello Everyone,
I'm sorry for the lack of posts lately, school is to blame yet again. However, if you want up to date information on  my fashion journey feel free to follow me on Instagram @KarissaFears. This week which is currently my birthday week has been full of shopping and family fun, However there was ONE shirt that was SOLD OUT when I went to H&M. I was disappointed but I was also inspired to try and recreate it myself.
I hope this inspires you to do it yourself!

Steps are as followed:
Tools:
White gel pen or chalk
X-Acto knife or Precision scissors
Step 1: Put cardboard in between shirt and make a smooth surface.
Step 2: Mark in the middle of shirt.
Step 3: Make 1st line 1 1/2 inches. and make them each 1/4 apart while
 gradually descending the line width.

Step 4: Make the lines all the way down until you reach 6 1/2 inches.
Step 5: Start collar lines 1/2 away from tip of middle lines. Line length is 1 inch, and 1/4 apart continue until shoulder is reached.

Step 6: Start second collar line 1/2 below first collar line.
Step 7: Start the surrounding lines 1/4 away from the center lines, Line starts at 1 inch, measure ruler down gradually to 3 1/2 to a smaller last line, each line is 1/4 apart.
Step 8: Make sure your measurements are correct!

Step 9: Grab your X-Acto knife or Precision scissors.
Step 10: Cut on lines made.
Step 11: Cut collar band off!

and, Your Done!!!
